The journey into parenthood and welcoming a new member into your family is an exciting one. It can also be a time of great change, making way for anxiety, depression, conflict and overwhelm.

Our counselling and psychotherapy sessions are designed to help you find clarity, calm and confidence to manage the challenges of the perinatal period. Tyger-Lee offers a safe, nurturing and client-led space to explore feelings, promote healing, resiliency and self-connection and works with her clients to develop and implement practical strategies to promote well-being.

  • Individual Counselling

    One-on-one individualised support for anyone embarking or currently on the perinatal journey.

  • Couple's Counselling

    Supporting couples through conception, pregnancy, preparing for birth and post-partum. We explore roles and responsibilities, techniques and strategies to manage conflict and promote intimacy and connection.

  • Birth Trauma Debriefing

    Indivudal and Group Sessions that create a nurturing and safe space to discuss birthing experiences with both our midwife and therapist. Helping you to make sense of the experience and heal emotionally.

  • Parenting Support

    Providing psychoeducation and information around childhood development, gentle and responsive parenting techniques and family counselling.
